You know it! All of our dress shirts and pants are custom made to order using your exact specifications.
Can I schedule a fitting to help with my measurements?
Yes. You can book an appointment online. One of our consultants will be happy to walk you through the process. It's quick and easy. Click here to schedule your appointment online. It's on us.
What fits do you offer in dress shirts?
We offer three fits in our shirts: Standard, Slim, and Tailored. Standard: starts out more tapered than a typical off the rack shirt. Give it a shot if you prefer comfort over everything else. Slim: slightly trimmer from chest to waist, providing that perfect balance between comfort and look. Tailored: The tapered fit through the entire body. The snuggest fit that we offer.
What fits do you offer in dress pants?
We offer three fits in our pants: Standard, Slim, and Tailored
Standard: our way of reinventing the classic fit. There’s room in the thighs and falls straight from the knee.
Slim: Slightly trimmer through the seat and thigh. Tapered in from the knee down to the leg opening. A lower rise for a more modern look.
Tailored: Our slimmest offering. Snug through the seat, thigh, and tapered from the knee down. A lower rise for a contemporary look.
What size Shirts or Pants do I go for? How do your fits compare to standard sizes?
The best way to get your best fit is to spend a minute (and we mean it!) to measure yourself. That’s our tip!
Our fits are slightly snugger than most that you’d find off the rack - but you can use your standard size as a guide.
S: 14.5-15 inch, M: 15.5-16, L:16.5, XL: 17, XXL: 17.5

Can I take measurements from my favorite dress shirt?
Unfortunately not. Our calculations are based on your body, so nothing works better than using your actual body measurements.
I'd like to update my customization or order. What do I do?
We move pretty fast after an order is placed so usually it’s difficult to accommodate changes 24 hours after placing your order. Please reach out as soon as you can to see if we can make some magic happen.
What if I have a Custom Fitting request that isn't offered on the website?
Please reach out with any and all requests. We do our best to accommodate all special orders.
How do I review my earlier measurements?
You can refer to your measurements under my account page, after signing in.
I'd like to find something more unique to my personality or occasion, can we talk other options?
Absolutely. Our consultants love working one-on-one with clients to create unique pieces just for you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Is free shipping applied to all orders?
Yep! All orders are shipped for free. Remember, returns are on us too!
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped through DHL express.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order is crafted from scratch to your specifications so orders take 14-21 days to deliver.
Do you provide international shipping?
We ship to the US and Canada. International shipping coming soon!
Can I track my order?
We will keep you posted on the progress of the order. You will receive email notifications about each important milestone and confirmation once delivered. Please feel free to contact us if you need any help tracking your order.
Do I have to pay extra for customs charges?
You’re covered. There should be no additional charges for the countries where we ship. If you have to pay in a rare occurrence, we will credit the amount to your account.
Do you do rush orders?
Unfortunately, we don’t. All orders are diligently crafted and go through extensive quality inspection process. If you’re looking for a quick turn around reach out to one of our consultants to see what the best options are.
ALTERATIONS & RETURNS
My shirt doesn't fit quite right. What should I do?
First off - we’re sorry your order didn’t meet your expectations. Let us know and we’ll make a new shirt from scratch. Remember, you’re covered for 45 days for a full refund or 90 days for store credit.
What's your return policy?
90 Days for Exchange or Store Credit. 45 Days for Full Refund.
We have a NO QUESTIONS ASKED policy. You can send the product back to us for any reason. We just want you to be happy with your order!
Please note that in case of an exchange, you need to send products back within 3 weeks. In the case of a non-receipt, we will charge full price of the new product being shipped to you.
How long do you take to process a refund?
All Exchanges are processed urgently. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks. It takes about 7 business days to process and then a few more days depending on your bank to post to your account. The money will be deposited into the same account that was used for respective transaction.
PAYMENT & INQUIRIES
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept All Major Cards, PayPal and Mill No.8 gift cards at the moment.
What currency is used for transactions?
You can make purchases in US dollars or Canadian dollars as appropriate.
Can I use two discount codes at once?
You can use only one code per transaction. You can use your Mill No. 8 gift card and discount code at the same time.
Do you offer Gift Cards? How do they work?
Yes, we do. Once you purchase the Gift Card, the card is emailed to the email that was entered when buying the card. The recipient can then redeem the Gift Card during checkout at any time.
